We accept both walk-ins and reservations for baths. One of our tubs can be reserved, leaving the other one open on a first-come first-served basis. Reservations are made in 45-minute blocks that begin on the hour. Reservations can be made by messaging us through Facebook Messenger, sending an email to [email protected], or by calling the store at (828) 575-9282 during store hours.
Q- Do I need to make an appointment?
A- No! Walk ins are welcome. If you would prefer to reserve a tub, however, half of our tubs are available for reservations in 45-minute slots beginning on the hour. Appointments can be made by messaging us or calling our South Asheville store at (828) 575-9282
Q- If we have two dogs, can we bring them together?
A- Yes, as long as you have a second adult to handle the other dog! Let us know you are bringing two dogs, and we’ll either prep both tubs for you to use at the same time, or block out two appointment times! You will have to pay for both dogs, though!
Q- How do I lift my big dog into an elevated tub?
A- Each tub features a pull-out ramp and removable door to help your dog get into the tub! Once in, replace the door so that they’ll stay in and you’ll stay dry! The tubs are 4 ft. wide and fit almost all dogs comfortably.
Q- Do I need to bring anything?
A- No! We provide everything you need- aprons, shampoo, conditioner, brushes, towels, ear wash, a high-velocity dryer and even a “Happy Hoodie” to protect your dogs’ ears during drying
Q- How much does it cost?
A- We charge $20 per dog, regardless of size. After 6 washes, your next one is free!
